Day 2 ~ Nine Day Prayer Focus ~ Express His Heart

Learn to express His heart!

Memorize and Mediate on
Proverbs 29:18 and 2 Chronicles 20:20.

Prophecy is expressing the mind and heart of God.
Let the Lord deal with your emotions.
Invite the Spirit of God to subdue your emotions
so His heartbeat can be heard.
Declare that all self-pity and hope deferred
is being removed from you.
Command bitterness and unforgiveness
to leave your soul.

Express the heart of God in your thinking.
Don't let inordinate affections
cause inappropriate alignments in your life.
The heart can have weights or attachments.
I declare a "free" heart over you.
Without correct prophetic revelation we perish.

Lord Jesus,
I thank you for your heart.
Thank you for expressing your heart
in tangible ways.
For emptying yourself of your Kingly identity
to humble yourself for mankind...
to become our Savior, our Redeemer, and Friend.
Search our hearts O Lord
and see if there be any wicked way in us.
Cause us to see those things
that weigh us down.
Things that we've allowed to attach -
that interfere with our love for you.
Open our hearts and minds
to see these things as substitutes... idolatry.
We are blinded in so many ways.
Many have become weak or apathetic
towards the world and it's accepted ways.
We've been lied to by authority in high places.
We've become disillusioned and ineffective...
because of our own guilt and regret.
Forgive us, restore us...
make us totally YOURS.
Come, Lord Jesus,
make YOUR HOME in us.
Create a clean heart in us today.

Amen

  3. Amen, in other words 'take every thought captive bringing it into subjection to Christ'. If we pick up our daily bread and act on that word given us as individuals we shall be gradually changed into His image.
    God bless you Patrina

Yes daily bread...like Julie said...He will deliver...from glory to glory!
